List of subcontractors (sub-processors) processing personal data

Surveypal is using subcontractors to enable providing services for customers. All survey data our customers are collecting is stored inside EU-area. In case email or SMS is used from the Surveypal tool, subcontractors outside of EU are used, but they offer EU sites for data processing. Surveypal as processor of data controlled by our customer:

Azure – Cloud service (for Surveypal hosting and data storage) – EU, Microsoft has certified the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Mailgun – Mail sending provider for survey invitations processing e-mail addresses, and other information customer chooses to use for sending email – US, customer can choose EU or US site for data processing. EU site used by default. Support services located in EU.

Infobip – SMS sending provider (if in use) processing telephone numbers – GB, EU site used by default for data processing.

Sendgrid by Twilio – Reserve mail sending provider for survey invitations processing e-mail addresses, and other information customer chooses to use for sending email – US, Twilio has certified the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Twilio – Reserve SMS sending provider (if in use) processing telephone numbers – US, Twilio has certified the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

OpenAI – an artificial intelligence service provider offering advanced tools for text analysis and other AI applications – US, OpenAI has signed a Data Processing Agreement, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses about data transfers.
