For organizations prioritizing data residency, Azure OpenAI keeps all data processing within the EU. While the models available on Azure are slightly older and may not deliver the same analytical depth, this option ensures absolute compliance.

Two Levels of PII Protection: Tailored to Your Needs
Our CXM tool empowers you to manage PII with flexibility and precision. We offer two robust methods to protect sensitive information:
1. Exclude PII Entirely
You can configure the system to skip storing specific fields altogether. For example, you might decide not to retain customer names or phone numbers in raw data, ensuring no trace of these fields exists.
2. AI-Driven Anonymization
For data fields (such as open feedback) you want to retain for analysis (e.g., location or email domains), our AI-based anonymization transforms sensitive details into secure, non-identifiable formats. For example:
- Names

- Passport and Credit Card numbers
How it works: These transformations occur before data enters raw storage, ensuring that your organization never holds sensitive data in its original form. For external systems, anonymization is performed using Azure OpenAI to maintain EU compliance.
Note: While we have safeguards in place with the AI-driven Anonymization, we cannot guarantee a 100% deletion of all PII in every scenario.
